As per Canadian Soccer Association standards for players in this age group, the program gives the youngest players the opportunity to develop basic movement skills like running, jumping, landing, kicking, throwing, and catching in a fun setting built around informal play and positive reinforcement.

One child and one parent on the field. Activities have a lot of movement, with simple and clear instructions so players at this stage can relate
and gain familiarity. Follow theme related sessions in station format to meet the development stage of this age group. No games - introduction to the ball with high ball contact time per player. Program uses a “Learn By Playing” approach.

Games:

• 11 vs 11 format, with teams run by volunteer coaches (Sr. Women/Sr. Men)
